Saman, a graduate from the United Kingdom is a barrister qualified before the courts of England and Wales and admitted to Lincoln’s Inn and is a UK qualified civil and commercial mediator. Saman is a Senior Associate in the Firm. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Saman worked in a leading local law firm where she advised and represented local and international clients on complex litigation and arbitration disputes ranging from white collar crime, professional negligence, civil, commercial, agencies, customs and tax, engineering and construction, oil and gas, maritime, aviation, family, labour, personal injury and cross border commercial disputes.

Saman’s practice also extends to corporate and commercial focusing on advising, reviewing and drafting agreements, mergers and acquisitions, agencies, corporate governance, intellectual property, banking, and due diligence.
