Saba, founder of the Firm, and a graduate from the United Kingdom is an advocate qualified before the courts of Oman.
In obtaining her qualification Saba focused on working in litigation and arbitration advising and representing both Omani and international clients on a wide range of labour, commercial, civil, agencies, intellectual property, maritime, and engineering and construction disputes.
Saba’s extensive experience broadens to the corporate and commercial department advising on, reviewing and drafting agreements, mergers and acquisitions, company formation, company restructuring, company conversions, IPOs, agencies, corporate governance, intellectual property, banking and Islamic banking, inheritance restructuring, aviation, oil and gas, insolvency and public private investments.
