Mandhr is a lawyer in the litigation department. He graduated from the College of Law at Sultan Qaboos University. Mandhr is a certified lawyer before the Primary Courts in the Sultanate of Oman.

Prior to joining the firm, Mandhr worked in a leading local law firm through which he was able to, within a short period, build his legal personality and work in various cases, whether commercial, labor, civil, criminal, and personal status issues.
