Khalid graduated from Shariya and Law College, Muscat specializing in shariya and law. He has a total of 20 years of experience in Omani law. He worked as a court secretary for 13 years, in which he became the head of enforcement department in Muscat Court for 7 years. 

Khalid is admitted before the Primary and Appeal Courts of Oman. He joined SBAL with this great experience that made him an expert in enforcement law.
