Farhat, a graduate of law from Sultanate of Oman, is a Senior Associate in the litigation and dispute resolution department. Farhat is admitted before the Primary and Appellate Courts of Oman advising and representing both Omani and international clients. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Farhat worked in two leading local firms where she built a strong foundation and gained experience in working on complex disputes that included criminal, civil, construction and engineering, major commercial, administrative, family, consumer protection and labour. 

Farhat’s experience in advising local and international clients allows her to utilize her drafting skills and in-depth experience of the legal procedures and substantive law to form the litigation strategy and legal opinion on different areas of the Law.
